Yesterday (Thursday) saw the opening of a colourful flower festival at St. Florence Church. The theme for the event, which runs until Monday, is Circle of Life. Various village organisations also have arrangements at the festival which is open from 10 am until 8 pm each day. There will also be a Songs of Praise on Sunday, June 17, at 6.30 pm.
