If you are an adrenaline junkie you will love coasteering. Jumping in and out of the surf, avoiding the waves as they crash over the rocks and cliff jumping are part and parcel of this high adrenaline day.

August 12 will be your chance to participate in an unforgettable outdoor adventure experience on the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and help Missing Wales 'Reunite Loved One'.

Join other dare-devils to take part in this exhilarating sport, sea level traversing, rock climbing, cliff jumping and swimming in sea caves!! Janet Williams, of Missing Wales, said: "We are really looking forward to the day and we all feel really privileged to stage this event in such a beautiful part of Wales. It is hoped that this 'coasteering event' will raise a great deal of money for Missing Wales. This money will be used to help missing people and their families and host a poster campaign on buses and in railway stations throughout Wales.

"Missing Wales is an independent charity. We continually rely on financial support from individuals and companies, so please take up the challenge and help reunite loved ones."
