Pembrokeshire County Council has officially closed coastal car parks right across the county, in light of the Government’s latest restrictions and in the interests of public safety.

It follows the announcement made by the county council yesterday where PCC announced that it would be closing coastal car parks and play areas.

Earlier this week Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority said it had closed sections of the coast path in order to abide by the governments social-distancing requirements.

PCC has now closed the following coastal car parks: Dale Sea Front, South Beach in Tenby, Newgale Upper and Lower, Marine Road, Broad Haven, Parrog Goodwick, Merrival St Davids, Eagles Lodge, Canaston Woods and the Salterns, Tenby.

A spokesman for the county council said they would be keeping a review on other car parks.
