Members of Tenby Ladies Circle recently hosted the area project lunch at the Giltar Hotel.
As this year's hosts, Tenby had proposed Support With Scoliosis as the chosen charity, as this condition had affected the lives of four daughters of Tenby Circlers. Three of them have undergone corrective surgery and a fourth is currently on the waiting list for the same operation.
Tenby Circle was joined on the day by members of Area 46 Ladies Circle who had also donated towards this cause.
Following a fabulous meal, the girls were delighted when Area 46 treasurer, Kirsty Willing, presented Lynda and Bethan from the charity with a cheque for £2,752.
This was then match-funded with a total of £750 by Barclays Bank, with the cheque presented by Charlotte Key from the Tenby branch.
