To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Operation Christmas Child, members and friends of Hebron Baptist Church prepared and filled 25 shoeboxes for children overseas who have never received a present.

Members and friends made donations and Helen Standing co-ordinated the purchase of colouring books, pencil cases, crayons and pencils, toys and games and toiletry items. Other members of the church also knitted, scarves and hats for each of the boxes.

Mike Roch then took the boxes to the local collection point to ensure there will be some happy children this Christmas.
