Dawn 'til dusk is the work schedule for Mr. and Mrs. Christmas, alias Peter and Audrey Thomas (pictured above), of St. Mary's Place, Kilgetty, who are busy preparing their display of festive illuminations. Their now famous Christmas house and its grounds are fast filling up with figures, lights and decorations, in readiness for the big switch-on later this month. The couple, who have over the years inspired their neighbours to deck not only the inside, but also the outside of their homes to create a winter wonderland spectacle as well, have added 30 new scenes this year. And, adding to the fun and keeping a watchful eye this year will be a gigantic Shrek and his Princess Fiona. The illuminations will be switched-on at 6 pm on Saturday, November 27, in the presence of Father Christmas, and the charities benefiting from donations this year are Air Ambulance Wales and Macmillan Nurses.
