WHEN Tenby United meet Haverfordwest in the Pembrokeshire Knockout Cup Final at Whitland tonight (Friday), they are sure to have plenty of local support.
But perhaps what they won't realise is that they will also be cheered on from the other side of the world.
For two people who regularly follow the United's fortunes from Down Under in Australia are brothers Wayne and Jason Dickinson.
And that's perhaps not suprising, as dad Tony, who emigrated to Melbourne over 40 years ago, is a Tenby lad and once played for the Seasiders himself.
Eldest son Wayne, aged 47, now owns his own security company in Hervey Bay, Queensland, while 41-year-old Jason is a Leading Senior Constable with the Victoria Police, currently with the Youth Resource Office. Before joining the police force, he was a Sergeant Instructor at Duntroon Military College in Canberra.
The family have been in Australia since 1971, but Tony and his wife Joan return home to Wales approximately every two years, Tony being a founder member of the Australian Welsh Male Choir, who have visited Tenby on several occasions in recent times.
Unfortunately, due to other commitments, they were unable to make the trip with the choir last year, but instead are coming to Tenby in July and August this year..
Back in Australia, Wayne, Jason and their father are avid rugby supporters in Melbourne, following both codes, Melbourne Rebels (Rugby Union) and Melbourne Storm (Rugby League).
They also keep abreast of the rugby scene in Wales, and particularly Tenby, via the internet, TV and, of course, the Tenby Observer!
And as can be seen from the photograph, they love wearing their Tenby United tops!
They are all now looking forward to the British and Irish Lions tour of Australia in June and July of this year.
