Sir, Yet again I am pleased to inform you of the successful charity evening held last Wednesday at Tenby House Hotel in memory of Griff. All the children were kept entertained by the various games on offer, and I think everyone went home with at least one prize. The band played outside in the courtyard, the weather was fine and we had a spectacular firework show - always Griff's favourite part of an event! Events such as these are only successful with the help of others in the community, those of you who attend the events, my suppliers who are exceptionally generous in providing food in order that we can raise money with the barbecue, and the local businesses and attractions who contribute with gifts, vouchers and family tickets which makes the raffle we hold interesting for all ages. Ward 10, I know, always greatly appreciates any donations to them - as they always need another piece of equipment or an item which may help their patients and the families' time in hospital more comfortable. I thank you for your continued support, as I know will everyone who has a connection with Ward 10.
