CORRECT POSTURE
Correct posture is one of the most important things to achieve. Correct posture allows the shoulders to move in the way they are supposed to do, without placing stresses and strains on the muscles of the back and neck.
To assist with good posture, the scapula or shoulder blades should be moved back and down. This is the normal or neutral position for them and should be maintained especially whilst exercising.
To achieve scapula neutral, keep your arms relaxed. Sit or stand upright to lengthen the spine and square your shoulder blades (pull them back and slightly down).
