THE NEED FOR SEEDS

Seeds contain all the nutrients and power to produce plants hundreds of times their size and so it makes perfect sense to hijack that potential ourselves by adding some to our diet.

Seeds are rich in unsaturated fats and much needed vitamins and minerals. But which seeds should we go for? Try chia, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp and linseeds for starters. Some are a tasty snack themselves, or spruce up your yoghurt, porridge, cereal, salad or stir-fry with a sprinkle.
