GET A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP
Sleep regulates our hormones and energy levels, so getting a good night’s kip is essential. Before going to bed, listen to mellow, relaxed music. Try an oil diffuser. Do not have a TV in your bedroom and don’t look at your ’phone before going to bed. Minimise the furniture and remove any clutter. We only need a bed. Our bedrooms are a sanctuary.
