There was something fishy going on at St. Florence VC School last week when Pembrokeshire County Council's food and craft officer, Kate Morgan, paid a visit.
Kate is one of the organisers of the second Pembrokeshire Fish Week which started on Saturday and she was at the school to show pupils how to prepare and cook fish.
Said Kate: "I brought a selection of fresh fish with me and even the pupils who said they didn't like fish, tasted the dishes and agreed to change their minds."
She used a variety of fish in her cooking including plaice, mackerel and brill, all caught off the Pembrokeshire coast.
