Mayor of Tenby, Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane, and a hardy band of volunteers turned out on Sunday afternoon to help tidy up the town's Castle Hill. Trowels, brushes, shovels and wheelbarrows were the order of the day as the group tackled weeds around the Prince Albert Memorial and the old Norman keep "While the area is 'safe, clean and tidy', as Pembrokeshire County Council's policy states, we just felt it needed a bit more polish and you could see the difference almost instantly," said Clr. Mrs. Lane. "I'm extremely grateful to all those who turned out to help. Hopefully this will lead to more working parties to help bring back the sparkle to Tenby."
