When the Welsh Assembly initiated the carrier bag charge, the Mini Market at New Hedges decided to nominate a local charity each quarter to benefit from the money raised.

Charnwait Management, who operate both the Mini Market and the Londis on Upper Lamphey Road, Pembroke, are pleased to donate £300 to the Greenhill Avenue Centre in Tenby.

If you are involved in a local charity and would like to be considered as the nominated beneficiary of this scheme for a quarter period, please apply in writing to the Mini Market.
