Tonight (Friday), Youth Club members and leaders are asked to meet at Tenby Leisure Centre at 7 pm for an hour's enjoyment in the swimming pool.

Sunday services: Sunday School 11 am; Rev. Alan Jenkins will conduct the afternoon service at 2.30 pm and the evening service at 6 pm. During the evening service, the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper will be administered, and a retiring love offering taken.

The first of the Parish Lenten Studies will be held in the Youth Centre on Tuesday at 7 pm and will be led by Rev. Alan Jenkins. All are welcome to these studies as a united witness to the Lord Jesus Christ is shown.

Mr. John Shaw will be going into hospital this week for an operation on his leg. Members surround him with their love and prayers.

The chapel is open daily for prayer and meditation, and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch for anyone needing prayerful support.

A warm Christian invitation is extended to all, to share in church and chapel services held in the parish of Carew.

SPECIAL SERVICE

Recently, members of Carew Wesley Sunday School and Church were delighted to welcome the president of Conference, Rev. Stephen Poxon, and the chair of District, Rev. Dr. Stephen Wigley, to their Family Service.

It was also wonderful to welcome friends from other local churches to share in the very special service.

The theme of the service was 'A Leper's Tale'. Both children and adults participated in the first part, before Rev. Stephen Poxon gave the address. It was a truly memorable message and no doubt his listeners will never forget about the teapot that he gave to the King of Tonga. Everyone also enjoyed the new songs he taught them, especially the one where they had to stand, sit, lean and jump for the Lord, and this is going to become a new firm favourite at Carew Wesley.

Following the service, everyone moved into the newly refurbished Sunday School where the Rev. Stephen Poxon cut the red ribbon to officially re-open it. Members hope that he enjoyed his time with them as much as they enjoyed having him.
