Tonight (Friday), Youth Club members and leaders are asked to meet at the Youth Centre for a Chinese evening, when the craft work will be led by Gwen, and refreshments will be served by Youth Club leaders.
A wonderful time was enjoyed by all at the pantomime in Swansea last Saturday - the rough weather only added to the excitement. A total of 102 attended the pantomime and, to everyone's surprise, 102 returned to Carew!
Thanks go to the leaders at the Youth Centre for all the preparations they made to make it such a splendid day.
Sunday services: Sunday School 11 am. Members' own arrangements will be made for the afternoon worship at 2.30 pm. Carew Worship Group I will lead the worship at 6 pm.
Mr. John Davies, who would have taken the service on Sunday, will be in hospital, and we surround him with our love and prayers and a speedy return home.
The head of the Methodist Church in Great Britain will be sharing the family service in the chapel on Sunday, February 15, at 11 am, and he will also dedicate the newly-refurbished Sunday School.
The chapel is open for prayer and meditation each day, 10 am to 4 pm, and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch for anyone needing prayerful support.
A warm Christian invitation is extended to all, to share in church and chapel services, held in the parish of Carew.
