Tonight (Friday), Youth Club leaders and senior members are asked to meet in the Youth Centre at 7 pm to prepare for the re-opening of the club after its summer break. The lady members of the chapel are receiving a well-earned rest this week after a most successful month of fellowship, craft exhibition and refreshment days. More people than ever visited the Youth Centre during the month of August and expressed their delight at the high quality of crafts on display and the warmth of friendship received. The chapel members express sincere thanks to the 14 exhibitors who prepared and presented their crafts so professionally, and for the financial support they gave the chapel Sunday services: Sunday School 11 am. Mr. Gareth John will lead worship at 2.30 pm and the Rev. Anthony Gregory at 6 pm. During the evening service, the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper will be administered, and a retiring love offering taken. A property committee meeting will be held on Tuesday at 7 pm. The chapel is open each day, 10 am to 6 pm, for prayer and meditation and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch for anyone needing prayerful support. A warm Christian welcome is extended to all to share in church and chapel services held in the parish of Carew.
