Tonight (Friday), Youth Club members are asked to meet in the chapel car park at 6.30 pm for onward transportation to Tenby swimming pool.
On Saturday, at 2.30 pm, a garden party will be held at 'Pick Road', Cresswell Quay, by kind invitation of Mr. and Mrs. Colin Clarke. All are invited to an afternoon of friendship and enjoyment - proceeds will be for chapel funds.
Sunday services: There will be a family service at 11 am, led by the members and teachers of the Sunday School. Because of the morning service, there will be no afternoon service. The evening service at 6 pm will be led by the men of the chapel, with the address given by Mr. Stephen Oliver (Pontypool), who is studying to be a Methodist minister.
Last Saturday, over 80 members of the Sunday School and friends enjoyed a most wonderful day at Oakwood.
Last Sunday, the baptism took place of Rachel Henry. Rachel is the granddaughter of chapel members Gordon and Joy Holgate, who live at Reynalton.
Gillian and Huw Brock received a blessing last week, on the birth of their daughter Eva.
A prayer sheet is open daily in the chapel, for anyone in the community who needs prayerful support.
A christian welcome is extended to all, to share in services held in the churches and chapels of the parish of Carew.
