A series of roadshows are being held throughout Pembrokeshire next week to promote the forthcoming Carers Week, particularly to some of the county's hidden carers. The roadshows will take place at the following places: Tuesday, June 3 - Asda store, Pembroke Dock, from 10 am until 2pm; Thursday, June 5 - Fishguard Market from 9 am until 1 pm, where you can meet Pembrokeshire's carers champion, county councillor Sian James, cabinet member for the voluntary sector, health and well-being; Friday, June 6 - Farmers Market, Haverfordwest, from 9 am until 3 pm. The theme of this year's Carers Week - which runs from June 9 to 16 - is 'Carers cannot afford to be ill'.
