Sir,
Tomorrow (Saturday), starting at 2 pm, Meadow House Caravan Park, at Summerhill, Amroth, will be holding a spectacular day, including fun for the kids, a bouncy castle and many more items of fun and family entertainment.
The caravan park has offered to help the Tinkers Hill Trust and has kindly given their support for this local charity.
But look at this . . . some 24 different big birds of prey on a static display. These birds you can see for the first time; these birds of prey are birds that you haven't seen before in the wild and you can take photographs and keep them in your memory.
All of these birds are looked after by the Glantawe Hawking Club. The Glantawe Hawking Club have very kindly given up their time to show their magnificent birds to help raise funds for the Tinkers Hill Trust.
The Glantawe Hawking Society have over the last 20 years realised that there is a need for societies to ensure that birds of prey are reared and protected in the environment and have appeared at various shows over the whole of Wales, enabling members of the public to see all our fabulous birds of prey.
Please remember that every person who puts a coin in the collecting boxes will ensure that the Tinkers Hill Trust will be able to continue its work in rescuing all birds of prey and swans in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
Maria Evans,
The Tinkers Hill Trust,
Amroth.
