Sir, Perhaps you could inform your readers about the conflicting signs on the multi-storey car park in Tenby. Last night my husband and I went into Tenby to go to the cinema. We drove up to the upper floor. I checked the ticket machine, which says 'Charging period every day between April 1 and September 30 from 7 am to 12 midnight'. Knowing that we were going to be more than three hours I put in £1.60, which is the charge for over three hours. A couple of other motorists did the same. I wasn't very pleased upon returning to the car park to notice the sign at the entrance which says 'Tenby multi-storey, charging period 9 am-5.30 pm'. I checked the times on the ticket machines on the lower floor and they also say 'Charging period every day between April 1 and September 30 from 7 am -12 midnight'. I have spoken to other motorists at the car park today. None of them were aware of the conflicting times on the notices and some have said that they, too, have been paying after 5.30 pm. Which sign are we to observe? Is it the new sign outside the car park or the ones on the ticket machines?
