A man was arrested by police on suspicion of theft of a vehicle found well alight at Tenby's Marsh Road during the early hours of Monday morning.
He was later charged with driving whilst disqualified and having no insurance.
Firefighters from the town attended the blaze and used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire shortly after 1.30 am.
