Three people were taken to hospital following a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A40 between Robeston Wathen and Canaston Bridge, near the Bush Inn, at approximately 12.50 pm on Monday.
The vehicles involved were a blue Vauxhall Corsa and a black Renault Clio.
The road was blocked and diversions set-up at Canaston and Penblewin while the emergency services dealt with the crash.
Firefighters from Narberth and Pembroke Dock attended, together with police and a land ambulance. A helicopter was also in attendance.
Firefighters assisted ambulance personnel in administering first aid, made both vehicles safe and cleared the roadway.
The westbound lane was opened at approximately 2.05 pm, and the road was clear by approximately 2.25 pm.
