Woof, woof, woof, woof - or if you are not Dr. Dolittle, then in doggie talk that is can you offer me a home? The appeal comes from Max, a four-year-old Cairn-cross who is looking for new owners. A good natured dog who likes children, Max has been living with Sue Creese, of Mead Meadow Kennels, near Manorbier, after his owners found it difficult to cope with looking after him and their young children. "He is a good little dog," Sue told the Observer. "He has been house trained, is brilliant with children, but needs to be the only dog in the house," she added. Anyone who can offer Max a home is asked to contact Tenby Animal Rescue Centre organiser, Maureen Ward, on 843712. Mrs. Ward is also this week looking for a new home for a two-year-old German Sherpherd bitch.
