My son, who has Downs Syndrome, holidayed near Tenby last week with friends and support staff. Unfortunately, he lost his two hearing aids somewhere, but he isn’t sure where! They were in a small black pouch.

As you can imagine, he does struggle to hear when he does not have them in and it affects his ability to cope in work.
