This Bank Holiday weekend will see a programme of activities at Amroth.
On Sunday at 7.30 pm, there will be a Songs of Praise at St. Elidyr's Church. The hymns, chosen by members of the Church, will be introduced by the Vicar and will be accompanied by Mr. Mike Guliford, organist at St. Issell's Church.
The singing will be led by the St. Clears Choral Society, under the direction of Mrs. Jane Rees, who will be the conductor.
During the service, the Choir will perform four works by varying composers.
Programmes, priced at £3, may be obtained in advance by telephoning (01834) 831260 or 814590 or at the door on the night.
On Bank Holiday Monday, the Church will be holding a Spring Fayre on the sea front at Amroth, near the Cartwheel Restaurant, starting at 1 pm. There will be a number of stalls, including a cake stall, bottle stall, bric-a-brac and plants for sale.
Come along to both events and support your local Parish Church. The proceeds from both events will go to support its work in Wales.
