THE Port of Milford Haven has been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work Certified™ organisation for 2026-2027; marking the fourth year the organisation holds this prestigious certification.

Backed by validated and anonymous feedback collected from employees, the accolade celebrates companies where employees consistently enjoy a positive experience at work.

During 2026, the Port of Milford Haven also once again received certification as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces For Women, and as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Manufacturing, Production & Transportation.

Vidette Swales, HR Director at Port of Milford Haven, said: “This recognition is particularly meaningful because it is based entirely on the feedback of our employees, whose views and experiences are at the heart of the certification process and with 90% of workforce participating in the survey gives us confidence that the feedback is representative of how the majority feel.

“At the Port, we are committed to creating a workplace where people feel valued, respected and supported to thrive. We know that our success as an organisation depends on our people, and we continue to invest in their wellbeing, development and opportunities to grow.

“Achieving this certification once again, alongside being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women and one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production and Transportation, reflects the positive culture we have built together. I would like to thank all of our employees for their commitment, honesty and contribution in helping make the Port of Milford Haven a great place to work.”

Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, said: “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that the Port of Milford Haven stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."
