Following the publication of business rates increases that many insist unfairly penalise their businesses, an open meeting will be held at 11 am at the Pavilion, Withybush Showground, on Friday, January 20, to discuss concerns.
The meeting is being organised by Pembrokeshire Tourism Ltd in response to a large number of concerns raised by tourism operators across the county and a panel consisting of member Paul Davies AM, Brian Jones from the Swansea Valuation Office and Kerry MacDermott, Head of Housing and Revenue Services at Pembrokeshire County Council, will answer questions.
The meeting will be chaired by Anthony Kirkbride from the South Wales Chamber of Commerce.
Any Pembrokeshire business owners affected by the rates increase are encouraged to attend the meeting so that they may take the opportunity to discuss their concern and receive important information.
