Celvac is celebrating yet again.
Following a tough tender procurement exercise to secure the new three-year framework, Celvac has been awarded the contract with Wessex Water to provide wet well cleaning across the three regions. The new contract is great news and will build on the company’s previous success in this region and within the UK wastewater marketplace.
Over the past 20 years, Celvac has cleaned waste water assets such as aeration lanes, storm tanks and digesters across many Wessex Water sites and this framework will help the company continue to develop an excellent working relationship.
Celvac, a privately owned industrial cleaning company based in Tenby, already hold frameworks for the provision of wet well cleaning services, on-site cleaning and emergency tankering to Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and Thames Water and is a tier one contractor to delivery partners in both the waste and potable water sectors.
Celvac’s engineering division has had a busy year, designing and fabricating three new specialist hyper-vacs in support of its own fleet that currently supports clients across the UK. Earlier this year, a client in Bahrain placed an order for the design and manufacture of a £200,000 hyper-vacuum tanker, the sixth bespoke system Celvac has supplied to this client.
Claire Gottwaltz, general manager, said: “This is great news for Celvac; it gives us the opportunity to ensure continued growth and we are looking forward to bringing innovative support to the ongoing delivery of outstanding customer service. We’re able to provide the first class services our customers expect thanks to the hard work and dedication of all our staff.”
Celvac look forward to starting the new contract and will continue to grow the business. They offer an extensive range of market leading solutions to a wide range of industry sectors.
