Women and lone parents, who are interested in starting a new business venture in Pembrokeshire, are invited to a free workshop in Tenby. The one-day workshop called Get Ready For Business, aims to raise confidence levels and provide mutual support as well as exploring the world of self-employment. Enterprise development manager Lois Poynting said: "The workshop will be presented in an informal, relaxed atmosphere with the emphasis placed on helping women to realise their existing skills and potential." Get Ready For Business is managed by Chwarae Teg and is funded by the Welsh Development Agency and the European Regional Development Fund. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, April 20, and will run from 9.30 am until 3 pm, at Carrington's Restaurant in the Atlantic Hotel, Tenby.
