A burglary inside the remaining part of Tenby's Royal Gatehouse Hotel is being investigated by police.

A Lord Nelson war tunic with tails, which was black in colour with gold braiding, was taken, along with a blue leather punch bag.

The theft occurred sometime between June 24 and last Thursday.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC736 Lewis at the town's police station on 101.

Meanwhile, officers are also looking into a possible hit and run road collision at the site.

Two metal panels surrounding the site were severely damaged, possibly by a vehicle, on The Norton side, sometime between June 14 and 15.
