Brush up on your lifesaving skills with a free drop-in defibrillator training day at the Queen’s Hall, Narberth, on Wednesday, December 5.

A trained nurse plus a crew from the Welsh Ambulance Service will be on hand from 11 am to 4 pm in the main hall.

Just turn up and find out how to work these lifesaving pieces of equipment plus try out resuscitation techniques.

Refreshments will also be served. No need to book.
