An 18-year-old female narrowly escaped injury after a brick was thrown through her house window.
The teenager was on the computer at the property in Holloway Court, Penally, when a house brick came crashing through the front room window at 12.19 am on Wednesday.
"This is a particularly disturbing offence due to the time of night and a female person being in the same room as the damage was caused," said the officer in the case, PC270 Terry Pugh.
