Members of the public had a chance to tickle their breakfast taste buds last week.

Haverfordwest Farmers Market was the venue for healthy breakfast inspiration as Pembrokeshire County Council's food office and Health Challenge Pembrokeshire teamed up to encourage customers to 'Think Breakfast'.

Using produce from stall holders, visitors were able to sample a range of local produce and obtain mouthwatering breakfast recipe ideas.

The 'Think Breakfast' event, which is part of a county-wide project looking at ways for people to access healthy food choices locally, helped mark Farmhouse Breakfast Week in Pembrokeshire.

Organised by the Home Grown Cereal Authority, Farmhouse Breakfast Week aims to encourage people to make time for a healthy breakfast - not just in January but all year round.

Now in its 10th year, hundreds of events took place between January 25 to 31 making it Britain's biggest ever breakfast celebration.

Also on hand at the Farmers Market were members of Pembrokeshire County Council's waste management team promoting the 'Slim the Bin, Boost the Budget' scheme.
