The ninth round of matches took place at the Angel Inn, Narberth, on Sunday, February 22. First to toe the oche were Jeff and Pooley, Jeff winning 6-2. Gavin and Jason were next, Gavin winning 5-3. Chris beat Morgs 8-0, Nathan beat Debbie 6-2, Woody beat Paul 6-2, Jeff beat Gavin 7-1, and Chris beat Woody 7-1.
Achievements on the night were: Jeff 2 x 180, 21, 20 and 18 darts; Chris 15, 2 x 16 and 2 x 20 darts; Jeff won the prize for highest out and Chris for least darts.
The 10th and penultimate round of matches were played on Sunday, at the Angel Inn, Narberth. With one leg to go, things are looking good for Chris, but he has to play Jeff next week. In the middle of the table, Morgs, Woody and Nathan will have a good scrap for sixth place.
