Readers may recall that a new book aimed for five to 10-year-olds was launched in Tenby last year.
The book, written by Lynn Stuart and called ‘George visits Tenby’, is about an English Bulldog that goes on holiday in the Welsh Victorian seaside town, Tenby. He is really happy at the thought of ice cream and food to scrounge, but he finds there is a boat trip involved and this doesn’t sit well with him.
Luckily the monks of Caldey Island come to George’s rescue with a doggie floatation vest.
Author Lynn Stuart will be back in the town this weekend and will be holding a book signing at Tenby Bookshop, Tudor Square, on Saturday from 11 to 3 pm.
