We have again dipped into our archives for this week’s Blast from the Past. Unfortunately, we are are not sure what the occasion was or when the photograph was taken, as there were no details accompanying it. Some familiar figures are featured, though, including the likes of late Tenby Mayor, Cecil Evans, Roscoe Howells and Lord Gordon Parry. Perhaps our readers can shed some light on it.
