Local international medium, healer, spiritual tutor Lynn Sheryl Perfect, together with her team West Coast Paranormal Investigators (WCPI) and Showboat TV, are delighted to announce their most anticipated episode yet of series three of their premiere TV series, Beyond The Realm, available Monday evening at 7 pm.

Lynn says: “We have been truly blessed having been given the opportunity to visit and investigate what is considered to be one of the UK’s most haunted locations, Llancaiach Fawr Manor.

“Llancaiach Fawr is situated in South East Wales in the small valley of the Nant Caiach. The house is of 16th century origins and it’s believed there is an earlier medieval dwelling on this site, either underneath where the manor house is situated today or quite possibly a part of the current premises. Such claims have attracted experts from television’s Time Team, TV’s Most Haunted programme and John Sparkes’ Ghost Story have been filmed here. Energies have been experienced in almost every room, along corridors and upon stairs. Things seen, heard or felt, or sometimes odours

“In a recent poll, Llancaiach Fawr was named as one of the top 10 most haunted buildings in Britain.

“If you have followed our story as previously told in the Tenby Observer, we as a team here at WCPI are all genuine, spiritually aware compassionate people, dedicated in delivering truth. Our aim is to help raise the consciousness and vibration of our beautiful planet and aid others to understand the unexplained, bringing peace through detailed information from the universal energies. Our purpose is to work from a space of unconditional love, light and integrity to bring healing to all spirit, energies, situations and locations, also aiding when asked in the beautiful transition of guiding spirit to their choice and space of tranquility... their space of home... if required.

“With this in mind, we encourage you to join us during this episode to learn how we, through our investigations, are able to teach people and through our TV series Beyond The Realm, show our perception of the stories of people and places because our approach works from a space of unconditional love, release and healing.”

This episode can be viewed exclusively on Monday evening at 7 pm simply by connecting to the Showboat TV website (www.showboat.tv) and selecting ‘live.’ Alternatively, the interactive show can be viewed, followed immediately by our weekly live ‘question and answer’ session, simply by joining our Facebook page, West Coast Paranormal Investigators, which is well on its way to achieving a community of 10,000 group members from around the globe.

Added Lynn: “Within our approach, which embraces our choice to continually evolve, we share, explain and demystify the old belief systems and fear that is often felt around paranormal and spiritual situations.

“Our aired series one and two and now in series three continue to gain in popularity, having reached figures of over 34,000 with our worldwide audiences. Series three, since January 2018, uses a different approach with live interactive feeds during the show (where able), encouraging viewers to feedback their feelings and findings as they follow the investigations. This also offers an opportunity for meeting and interacting with the team, teaching and linking in with messages. The TV station also runs a catch-up facility for the programme through the week on Showboat TV. Series four has also been commissioned and we start filming for this soon.

“As our show continues to grow in popularity, we are always seeking new locations to film paranormal investigations. If you know of any places with soul and history, energies and phenomena, please contact us; venues can be filmed live or as a ‘secret location.’

“We would like to offer heartfelt gratitude to the locations and people that have made this all possible by being kind enough to let us investigate some truly mesmerising locations. We would also like to extend our messages of thanks to the following local establishments for allowing WCPI and Showboat TV to film at their premises, The White Lion Hotel, The Three Mariners, Tenby Tunnels, Caldey Boat Trips, St. Teresa’s Hotel and The Lighthouse Kitchen.

“You can follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram at Westcoast Paranormal Investigators and can interact with us via live feed after each episode @ #beyondtherealmtv
