A hugely successful shopping evening was enjoyed on Wednesday last at The Beach Hut Boutique in aid of the RNLI.

Thanks go to the boutique, also to so many local customers and those from further afield, such as Angle and Tenby, who arrived in such wet weather to support the event.

Customers were greeted with wine and canapés and browsed the beautifully displayed selection of gifts and decorations on the three floors - seeing was believing and there was a great atmosphere.

The first raffle prize, a £50 Boutique voucher, was won by Miss Phil Edwards, of Lamphey.

The sum of £350 was raised during the evening, made possible by ticket sales, donations from the Boutique, Asda, Tesco and Pembroke Ladies Guild.
