Goodwick Brass Band helped to boost funds for the charity Prostate Cancer UK when they played in concert last week at Tenby's De Valance Pavilion.
Also starring soloist Aaron Pryce-Lewis, the concert and raffle raised almost £700 for the charity and the result delighted organisers, Adam Hensman and Lynda Hensman.
A packed audience enjoyed a programme of favourite songs from the outstanding Aaron Pryce-Lewis, including musical hits from Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables, plus standards such as Fly Me To The Moon, New York, New York and My Way.
The Goodwick band, conducted by Matthew Jenkins, presented a dynamic programme of popular band numbers and also included the challenging Purcell Variations, which they will play as the test piece when they represent Wales in the UK National Brass Band Championships at Cheltenham next month.
