THE Pembrokeshire Schools' Art Exhibition, showing A level and GCSE work from eight different schools, can be seen at the Waterfront Gallery, Milford Docks, Milford Haven, from today (Friday).
Over 80 pieces of work, in many different media, from fine art, fashion, photography, 3D sculpture, stained glass work and mixed media, comes from young students at Milford Haven School, Pembroke School, Sir Thomas Picton School, Tasker Milward School, Greenhill School, Ysgol Bro Gwaun, Ysgol Y Preseli, Ysgol Y Preseli and Ysgol Dewi Sant.
"We are delighted to have this opportunity to show the young people's work in a professional setting and hopefully we might discover some new creative talent to exhibit with us again in the future," commented David Randell, director of the Waterfront Gallery.
The exhibition, entitled 'Artists of the Future' showcases GCSE and A level work and continues until February 27. Admission is free and the gallery is open Monday to Saturday from 10.30 am - 5 pm.
