Sir,

I have so enjoyed watching all the fantastic television programmes that really have done justice to our county and Tenby in particular.

Tenby 24/7, Grand Designs, Ironman Wales and Don't Tell The Bride were, quite rightly, singled our for praise on the front page of last week's Observer. I would also like to add Channel S4C's Llwybr Yr Arfordir which is taking us on an almost step by step journey along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

It has proved to be the most wonderful armchair journey visiting not only places like Tenby, but also some of the hidden gems and showing us the clifftops flowers and dipping into intriguing histories.

I am not a Welsh speaker and so rely on substitles to understand and enjoy many of the programmes on S4C which celebrate the Welsh landscape, customs, and culture and history.

Barbara Stredder.
