Sir, I would like to correct the statement I made to councillors at Tenby Town Council last week when reporting on a meeting I had attended of SEPCHN.

Due to a mistake made by myself, it was reported that there would be a new permanent GP starting in Tenby Doctors Surgery from September. This was incorrect and it is in fact a new practice manager.

I apologise for any distress or embarrassment I may have caused to Tenby Doctors Surgery, Hywel Dda Health Board and Tenby Town Council.
