Clr. Sue Allen, chairman of Hywel Dda Centre and Carmarthenshire county councillor, presented guest speaker Dr. Manon Antoniazzi with celebration coasters representing the plaque on the sundial in the memorial gardens in gratitude for her attendance.

The choir of Llys Hywel Primary School in Whitland, led by the headteacher, Mr. Griffiths, impressed the audience with their repertoire of Welsh songs as their contribution to the celebrations.
