Plans for the Women's Farming Union spring conference have now been finalised with bookings now coming in from all over the United Kingdom.
The conference, organised by the Pembrokeshire branch, is being held in Fishguard over three days at the end of March.
A celebration of Wales, the programme represents the very best of the country, in terms of agriculture, tourism and entertainment.
A celebratory dinner and reception, will welcome guests into the county, with entertainment by the Music Hall Players.
"We're very pleased to welcome Carwyn Jones, Welsh Assembly Minister for environment, countryside and planning as our keynote speaker," says Joan Irving, of Pembrokeshire branch.
She said: "We have worked hard to get speakers from every aspect of our lives as WFU members."
These include Edward Perkins, agricultural auctioneer, Sue Jones, Llanboidy Cheese, Sue Leonard from Planed, who will talk on women's issues, and two award-winning businesswomen Liz and Rachel, who run a holiday company specialising in country holidays.
As the national conference, the event is also the first chance for WFU members to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the organisation.
The Pembrokeshire branch are also celebrating their 21st anniversary, and have pulled out all the stops to make these few days a memorable occasion for all who partake in the festivities.
The entertainment for the conference dinner on the second evening is a typical Welsh extravaganza of food, music, comedy and dance, at the Celtic Corner, Nolton Haven.
Helen Scourfield, Welsh affairs representative for the Women's Farming Union said: "We are very pleased to be able to hold this prestigious event, which will have the very best of locally sourced food products such as Pembrokeshire potatoes, grown earlier than normal, especially for our occasion, Welsh beef and seasonal vegetables, local ice cream and chocolate. We are also very grateful for the support of the WDA Agri-Food Partnership, National Westminster Bank, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, HSBC, Alderwicks and Riverlea."
