The Amroth New Year’s Day Swim was once again a great success, raising the excellent sum of £617.88 for charity.

This is a combined total with the proceeds of a quiz night held at the Amroth Arms on December 17, which raised £140.

A huge thank you to all who donated during the New Year’s Day Swim celebrations.

Also a big thank you to the ladies from the Saundersfoot Branch RNLI for their help with the collection buckets.

And finally, a very well done to all those brave enough to enter the sea - it was cold!
