The New Year's Day Dippers at Amroth, along with members of St. Elidyr's Church, have made a donation to a local hospital. The Palliative Care Unit at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli, has received a donation of £1,220 from the various events held. Attending the presentation, Wendy Haycock, staff nurse, Sister Elizabeth Williams and Sister Kath Watkins, received the cheque from Cannon Michael Butler. Also in the photograph are Mick Gulliford (church organist), Jane Harries, Olive Lawrence, and musician Jack Castle.
