Ambitious plans are in the pipeline to redevelop a prominent Tenby site.
Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority has received an application to demolish the former Delphi Hotel in South Parade and all existing buildings in Upper Park Road.
In its place, Dovey Estates Ltd. and Mr. Graham Fry plan to construct 16 self-contained apartments on the first, second and part third floor, with four commercial units on the ground floor.
The application will go before Tenby Town Council at their meeting on Tuesday night, while the National Park's development management committee will discuss it on December 17.
