Alfie who attends Tenby Church in Wales VC Primary School grew his prize winning effort in the back of his garden - which wowed the ‘in bloom’ committee judges.

“The competition was started a few years ago in memory of local Traci Hartland who was very fond of sunflowers,” said Tenby in Bloom chair Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane, who is pictured with fellow committee member Clr. Mrs. Tish Rossiter, along with Alfie and his teacher Becky Dilks.
