Recent activities have included a County Cub Day Out at Scolton Manor, where 10 Cub packs took part in the Dragon's Run Mini-Beast Exercise Trail, and also found out about food for free. Tom Bean's elderflower fritters were enjoyed by all - tasty.

Also enjoyed was a visit to the De Valence to see the excellent production of Wizard of Oz by the De Valence Young Performers, some of whom were Cubs.

The Tree Tops Trail at Heatherton certainly proved a big hit with everyone, who soon got the hang of things and were cheering each other along the trail.

Last Thursday, Cubs and parents spent an evening fishing off the pier. Despite some fantastic casting out, no fish were caught, but everyone enjoyed having a go.

The evening finished with a barbecue cooked by Chris and Audrey - thank you both very much.
